RDS - Retained duty system crew, totally uncoordinated and unprofessional in tackling this ‘bread & butter’ routine car fire incident. A lot more training needed there, it was almost like watching a group that had not been to a car fire before. One of them in CA BA set only and it didn’t look like he was familiar with donning up, whilst two others tackled the incident minus BA, - very wrong in this day and age. Good job it wasn’t a persons reported incident as that crew were definitely a danger to themselves. The incident was recorded 3 years ago, I just hope that the senior chain of command have reviewed it and remedial action taken.
